SCULPTRA
Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which is a biocompatible synthetic substance that stimulates collagen production. When injected into tissue, it can be used to treat deep lines, creases, folds, and volume loss. As we age, we continue to lose collagen, which leaves our skin looking less youthful.

How much Sculptra do I need?
Depending on how much volume loss there is present, the amount of Sculptra vials will be determined by Nurse Adan. Regarding facial volume loss, the estimated amount needed is one vial of Sculptra per decade of age. For example, if you are 40 years old, you will need 4 vials of Sculptra. This is an estimate of the amount necessary; some patients may need less or more to achieve their desired results. Regarding neck or body treatments, Sculptra vial number will be determined after assessment.
What is the post-care for Sculptra?
Avoiding large bodies of water, jacuzzies and taking baths for 72 hours is recommended to avoid infection. Starting on the day of procedure, you must implement the 5 by 5 by 5 rule. For 5 minutes 5 times per day for a minimum of 5 days, you must massage the area treated. This will help the product spread smoothly, which will allow for the best possible final result.
How long do I have to wait before my next Sculptra treatment?
A minimum of 6 weeks between treatments is recommended to enable collagen production. This will allow Nurse Adan to see the results after the previous treatment and will enable the Adan to see where more collagen buildup is needed.
